Where are you located?
My counselling office is located in O'Halloran Hill, which is in the southern suburbs of Adelaide (Off South road near near Caffe Buongiorno ). When you decide to schedule your first appointment, I will provide the address to you.
Do I have to be a Christian to get counselling?
No. My job as a Counsellor is to meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to go.
How many sessions will I need?
Aaaah, the magic question! It is really up to you. Generally, I have seen clients between 3 months and 1 year. This depends on your desire, commitment, and application of the knowledge and tools you gain from our time together. When engaged, my clients see results between 2 and 6 months. They start out 1x week and eventually taper off to 1x month.
Please know: I do not see clients longer than they need.
How long do sessions last?
The first session is 1 hour and 15 minutes. This gives us a chance to get to know each other and review the paperwork. Following sessions are generally 1 hour. Longer sessions can be crafted.
What is the fee and how do I pay?
- First session: 1 Hour 15 Mins - $110
- 1 hour: - $ 95
- 1 ½ hour: - $125.
Fee collected at session. Payment can be made by Cash or with MC/Visa Credit/Debit Card via Pay-pal. (No Medicare or Insurance)
Do you offer Skype or Phone sessions?
Yes, we can discuss the details.
Is the service confidential?
Yes, the content of the sessions is confidential; however, there are some exceptions including;
- when there is a real or potential life or death emergency
- when the court issues a subpoena
- when child/elder abuse or neglect is involved
These guidelines are outlined in my Informed Consent Form that we go over at our first session together.
